We are looking for dynamic and assertive individuals with a minimum of 2 years telecommunication customer service experience. In this role you would have the unique opportunity to closely manage a client base and be involved in all aspects of account development. Your responsibilities would include provisioning, customer support, and retention. Strong communication skills, problem solving, and relationship building is required in this position.
