
Comtel Group's customer care department is designed to fully assist and manage all of our clients' service needs.
Once a communications plan is decided on, we manage and monitor every phase of the process, working
with our clients and the vendors they chose to ensure that our clients get the highest level of customer support possible.
Because so many telecom carriers devote the majority of their resources to securing new business, we have seen
a dramatic decline in customer satisfaction and loyalty.In response to this, Comtel Group adds another very important layer of service, by offering highly experienced, knowledgeable people to act as advocates, working for our clients over and above what they can get directly from the carrier. All of our clients enjoy the following benefits from our Customer Care department.
Provisioning Manager: responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of all services, Comtel Group's provisioning managers work directly with our clients and the carriers they chose to ensure that all services are implemented correctly and expeditiously.
Account Manager: responsible for handling all service and billing related issues for our clients. Each client is assigned an account manager, who is there to review invoicing, discuss current services, inform our clients of new market innovations and consistently search ways to improve upon our clients' services by introducing new products and/or rate plans.
Customer Satisfation Survey: We want to know how we are doing and
how
we can constantly improve on the service we provide. To facilitate that, Comtel Group sends out periodic surveys asking our clients to rate their overall satisfaction with the various services they have been receiving from both
Comtel Group as well as the carriers chosen.
Traditional Customer Service: Although Comtel Group encourages all of our clients to first contact their Comtel manager, customers have the option to utilize the customer service departments of the carriers directly. This extra level of support is there for all Comtel clients, providing 24/7 customer service. Comtel Group has positioned itself to demand dedicated account managers from most of our carriers, who's sole function is to address the needs of Comtel customers only.
